A vice president and partner with Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman in Los Angeles, California, R. Brent Wisner has received widespread acclaim for his leadership in several lawsuits that held the herbicide Roundup responsible for multiple cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. As co-lead trial counsel, he secured a $289 million verdict in the very first Roundup case against the Monsanto company and a $2 billion verdict in the third. R. Brent Wisner also secured the first multi-million-dollar jury verdict against a brand-name drug company in a case involving a generic version of the drug Paxil.

As a result of these and other accomplishments, R. Brent Wisner has garnered a range of professional honors, including a place on the Round Table of America’s Most Influential Trial Lawyers, the Law360 Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar, and the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
